9/11 again...

So 9/11 is rolling around and we find Bin Ladin releasing a new tape, and saying all the things that the Clinton's and Obama's want you to hear; Go soft on terror and pull out of Iraq, let the people of the middle east twist in the wind while extreme islam takes over and enslaves the region. Forget that we lost over 3000 CIVILIANS in a few short hours, no quarter was given to children, none to women, anyone was a target. Terror must be met with strength and the resolve to hit back, and hit back hard!
Keep in mind this election year; It was not Bush's fault, he was just the guy at the wheel when we got hit, if it was Clinton or F.D.R. we would have done all the same things! there is no place for the same old dried up 1960's hippie/commie rhetoric! This is not Vietnam and Bin Ladin is not Uncle Ho! Get strong and fight back, or get used to seeing this asshole, because he's going to be the hero of the islamic revolution that nukes us into submission if we don't! FUCK YOU BIN LADIN!

Aliens.

So imagine my surprise when this thing touches down in my back yard this morning.
it goes without saying that any race who have mastered space travel and actually bother to visit this rock are after resources.
Things like ore, plants, food (you know, cows, dogs, homeless people...)
So I was quite worried when one of the little buggers came out and made himself at home in my kitchen.
"Have you thought about planet insurance?" it asked.
"You have such a nice planet here, it would be a shame if it had an accident..."
I sat for a moment before I spoke.
"Are you extorting me?"
"No no no, you got me all wrong, I am offering my services..."
I slowly unscrewed the top from the salt shaker as it spoke.
"No, I am offering you protection from some of the more, Unsavory elements out there..." It said as it motioned its fingers in a small circle.
"Really? That sounds great!" I lied and it seemed to perk up as I spoke.
"I have often wondered what would happen if I were to do this." I said.
"Do what?" it asked as I tossed the salt in its face.
Its skin exploded in flames! The alien stood and screamed before it fell motionless to the floor.
Who knew, Slugs AND aliens...

I pulled this from some one's website so I could share it.

cell/cam pic's.

Introspection...

I need to get away and decompress for a couple of days, Let my demons have a week off!
I spent an hour two weeks back, floating around naked in my pool with only a beer for company at 11:30 p.m., It was great.
I watched as a police heli circled and shone its spotlight a block over. Still it was a worthwhile experience.
Thinking of taking my bike out for a road trip, go somewhere/nowhere for a couple of days, then head home.
Sort of the pool, but with some pictures to post when I get back!

A moment for nationalism.

So I sat through an extended and quite disjointed speech about the reasons that the U.S. is a joke, and why Mexico is a far better country.
What???
For starters it seems that Mexico is better because they have a very low crime rate, Women are treated far better, and Mexico doesn't have any social problems with racism or anything like that. No all of Mexico's problems come from those to the north!

Ha ha ha ha...

She took it all off!!!

Well, O.K. so I am pushing past the line again.
This is an example of plastination, a process where the tissue is infused with plastics and then peeled back to reveal the layers of muscle and organs. I will have more pics up soon.

File this under "Holy Crap!"

I want to say this is some sort of sick ass prank, but it looks too much like something real.
Who knew that Dora the Explorer was going to help little girls explore their sexuality!
It also seems like a toy to buy if you see it, this is the stuff of urban legends, and after someone in the south buys one you know they will get banned.

...More brit V-Max pic's.

It goes without saying, I would sell your kidneys to get this bike...

BIOSHOCK.

Been playing BIOSHOCK today, and let me just say it's a lot of fun.
The setting is cool, and there is a lot of eye candy to look at, plenty to do and even a bunch of creepy shit bad guys to blast.
But, (cue worlds smallest violin) it's nothing we have not seen in some form before.
Game play is solid, sound is top notch, but its like many other shooters, just re set in another time and place.
I do like the music that is playing in some of the rooms, even the stuff that was new in the 1980's but sounds old.
I have to admit to being spoiled by Halo and Gears of War, as far as shooters go, the way you get around and all that. It works but Halo and Gears is better.
A nice touch is the element of choice you have, play it and you will see what I am talking about, I do not know where it is going yet, but so far it is cool.
go out and get it now.
I got mine at Target today, after toys r us told me to come back next week!

V-MAX!...

Went down to Lomita today to pick up a service manual, and on the way out got passed by some guy on a cut down V-Max.
thing had carbon cans and a lot of body work done, along with a belt driven supercharger hanging off the side. deadly cool!
And so then the V-max bug crawled up my butt and now I have to share.
Yamaha introduced the V-Max to us in the mid eighties, and it was the fastest thing around for a while, Twenty years or so and the V-Max is still sold, and still one of the fastest production bikes on the market.
Forget that Yamaha (er Star) is going to drop the new one on us next year, this bike is still the pinnacle of hot rod bike cool!
Have some pictures of some tarted up old ones, as well as a couple of the new beast.
